Implications of climate change and sea level rise for small island nations of the South Pacific : a regional synthesis

Abstract

The intent of this paper is to synthesize the results of a series of studies of the vulnerability of climate change and sealevel rise of individual Pacific island countries, to identify the common issues and finally to suggest some appropriate follow-up actions.
